Assignment for Jan 13

Wonderful class last night, ladies. Thanks!

Our assignments for next week is;

• Read Ch 7 of our book
• Write a paper on Article #7 of the SoF, "The Church"
• Begin an exposition of your personal passage. This project will be spread out over a numder of weeks.

To do an exposition, follow these steps:

• Read and meditate on the passage (hopefully already accomplished)
• Identify key words and do appropriate word studies
• Rewrite the passage in your own words
• Check with your resources (Charts, Systematic Theology)
• Read a commentary if necessary (this is absolutely the last step)
• Outline their passage
• Begin writing your message

We will have a presentation by Kristi Tressler on "Atonement". Carol Dark will do one on "Justification" the following week.
